Accessibility Information for Visitors with Visual & Mobility Disabilities

Dear Visitor,

To facilitate your access to Chiesi Hellas, please find below some useful information.

Our offices are located at the intersection of Geroulanou Square & 1 Renou Poggi Street, in Alimos, Attica. If you are approaching via Poseidonos Avenue, continue toward Alimou Avenue and turn left at the first traffic light.
If you are using Alimou Avenue (towards the seaside), turn right at the last traffic light (after the SHELL gas station) before Poseidonos Avenue.

Our office building is a three-story structure with a 27-meter glass-and-marble façade. In front of the building, there are four parking spaces. Facing the building from outside, there is a landscaped flower bed on the left side next to the parking area, as well as two smaller flower beds on either side of the main entrance. There is also an entrance to the underground parking area (reserved for company vehicles).

Parking Area:

The company provides designated parking spaces for visitors.

Visitor parking spaces are located directly in front of the company entrance, on the left-hand side. The first parking space on the left is marked “Parking Space for Persons with Disabilities, Pregnant Women and Elderly Visitors.” This space is available for your use.

In case of rainy weather, you may use an underground parking space (located next to the elevator for your convenience). In this case, please contact the company prior to your arrival at +30 210 6179763 so that a member of the building security team can grant you access to the underground parking area.

Route from the Vehicle to the Company Entrance:

1. After parking your vehicle — preferably with the front facing the road (for quick evacuation in case of emergency) — exit the vehicle from the passenger side.
   Please note that there is a slight downward slope toward the road at the parking area.
2. With your back parallel to the vehicle, walk straight ahead for approximately 3–4 meters.
   Please be cautious, as other vehicles may also be parked alongside yours.
3. At the end of the parking area, there is a landscaped flower bed. Once you pass it, turn left to reach the entrance door.

Briefly:

1. After exiting the vehicle from the passenger side, walk approximately 20 steps straight ahead.
2. Stop and immediately turn left.
3. Walk approximately 12 steps.
4. You are now standing in front of the glass entrance door.

Doorbell and Entrance:

You have now reached the entrance door of Chiesi Hellas.

The main entrance is a double glass door that opens outward for security reasons. On your right-hand side, mounted on the entrance frame (approximately at shoulder height), you will find the doorbell bearing the company name.

Locate the door handle directly in front of you. Press the doorbell and wait. You will hear a sound once the door unlocks automatically.

1. Take two small steps backward.
2. Pull the door open using the handle.
3. Then take two small steps forward and enter the building.

Reception Area:

1. Walk approximately six small steps straight ahead.
2. The reception desk will be directly in front of you.

The security guard will welcome you and ask for:

• your full name
• the name of your companion (if applicable)
• and the name of the employee you are meeting

You will then receive a visitor access card, which must remain with you throughout your stay in the building. The guard will escort you to the waiting area (located approximately 3 meters to your left).

You will also receive an informational guide to the premises (available in visual or audio format), so that you can navigate the building independently if necessary.

Company policy requires that visitors are always accompanied by the employee who invited them to the building. However, should you need to move independently within the premises, this guide will help you feel comfortable and confident navigating the space.

Additional Information:

The building consists of four levels. Three of these are accessible via elevator or stairs, while one level is accessible only by stairs.

The elevator door opening is 90 cm wide. The elevator is suitable for use by persons with visual impairments.

Please note that the building currently does not have an accessible restroom for persons with disabilities.
