 Product Manager


An opportunity has arisen for a Product Manager to join our Marketing Department. This is a permanent position and will be based full-time at our offices. As an important part of the Primary Care Marketing team, the candidate will have experience mainly in Respiratory Area as he/she will support the development of specific marketing plans to achieve both short and long term agreed business goals.


The ideal candidate will have a University degree, will be fluent in English and will have an experience mainly in Respiratory healthcare Sales & Marketing Environment. The candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with high levels of attention to detail.

Job Purpose


To develop specific Marketing Plans in collaboration with the Marketing Team to achieve both short and long term agreed business goals as per overall strategic Marketing Plan. Implement specific activities and product marketing campaigns with a direct report to the Group Product Manager.




  • University Degree ( Preferably in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Economics)
  • Postgraduate Degree in Marketing & Communication.
  • Previous experience in Respiratory Area will be an asset
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Pharma Market.
  • Fluency in English
  • Italian knowledge will be an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Develop Brand Marketing Plans and strategies for the Positioning and for the Placement of Products in the Market with agreed timelines and budgetary parameters.
  • Design and follow the development of Tactical Plans for specific Products (Respiratory Area & Cardiovascular).
  • Effective implementation of specific Promotional Activities within the area of responsibility.
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with our Field Force.
  • To design and deliver effective training sessions to Field Force through an inspiring and motivational process.
  • Support & monitor in the development of Key Opinion Leaders as necessary.
  • Liaise & collaborate effectively with internal functions such as Sales and Medical to effectively process marketing tasks.
  • Ensure Market Analysis and Scenario Analysis.
  • To prepare, closely monitor and control delegated budgets within areas of responsibility.
  • Proactively maintain a high level of knowledge regarding Greek marketplace and therapeutical areas.
  • Monitor and follow up Co-Marketing & Co-Promotional Activities.
  • To remain aligned with the Code of Ethics and SOPs.
